Climate Deal Falls Short in Copenhagen

December 19, 2009

Good news! It appears that American sovereignty has not been formally surrendered as the expensive UN Climate Change Conference breaks up. Stay vigilant! The battle continues. Ironically thousands of US government officials, social engineers, and journalists have to rearrange the flights of their carbon-based fueled jets to get back to record snow blizzard in Virginia-DC-Maryland area. -George Allen

The climate deal reached between U.S, China and other great powers on Friday night is so vague, hastily hatched and non-binding President Obama isn’t even sure he’ll be required to sign it.

“You know, it raises an interesting question as to whether technically there’s actually a signature… It’s not a legally binding agreement, I don’t know what the protocols are,” said a bleary-eyed Obama, before hopping in Air Force One for the trip back to Washington.

The official accord voted on by the 193-nation COP-15 Conference noted but did not endorse the deal struck by the leaders of the U.S., China, India, South Africa and Brazil.

“It’s a catastrophe,” said Dan Joergensen, a member of the European delegation, of the five-nation agreement. “We’re so far away from the criteria that was set up in order to call it a success, and those weren’t really that ambitious to start with.

I think Al Gore needs to invest in some really speedy running shoes! I keep wondering if he can be prosecuted for perpetrating a fraud upon the American people. He’s a liar. I’m sick about the damage he has done to how Americans are viewed in the world.

I favor former Governor Palin’s energy ideas. Clean coal, natural gas and start drilling for oil of our own. And certainly the United States of America owes NO ONE money for the agreements drawn up in Copenhagen. I did not agree to this use of tax dollars. Who did Obama think he was up there promising away our dollars for unsubstantiated carbon footprints. Here’s a footprint up your behind sir.

Grief – we are being scared over every little
thing from Tsunami, schools lock down, climate, ’severe’ weather every time it rains
This is manipulation city. Yet we hear little
about the real problems- like why health costs go up and up but nobody explains what the causes are. Or why the Credit Default Swap market increased by 500 times in 10 years.
Also, for intermittent energy – it might make
more sense to bring the work to where the
windmills are than trying to connect them to
the grid, and ditto for solar.
